Was Jonah’s (I believe) six-month ad agency job a Mad Men reference, or am I making this up? If it was mentioned early in the series, I definitely wouldn’t have remembered.

These last two episodes really pulled me back in. I’ve never not liked it, but something just wasn’t fully working for me the past season or two,

There are times when I hear news like this and say “Really?!  No him!”   This is not one of those times.

Ron Jeremy cosplayer ALSO a piece of shit

I don’t disagree with your decision to not leave your child in this person’s care, but the way you’re talking about her kiiiinda makes it seem like you’re being gleefully haughty and judgemental about someone who is clearly struggling with mental illness, which isn’t a great look tbh.

I would have bought that VHS set in a heartbeat if I was there. Now I’m wondering how hard that would be to find and where to find a VCR. Hmm...

I have to say, I came into the finale NOT wanting Jonah and Amy to get back together, but I feel these episodes made a solid case that Jonah and Hannah weren’t going to really work out, and that Jonah and Amy should be together

A man once told me that he would divorce me if I got fat. I am no longer with that man.

The first couple of seasons of Superstore mean a lot to me. I was a Jonah- a really bright guy who for some reason became depressed and struggled to finish college. While I was doing so I worked retail. I came into it pretty arrogantly and left it quite humble. Part of me still wishes I had those years of my life

A lot could be said about Chrissy being famous BECAUSE of her twitter, though. Prior to twitter, she was a very pretty model and I don’t think anyone thought of her outside of that, but she was so funny and (mostly) relatable on Twitter that she built her whole brand out of “that funny girl you want to be friends with

I actually don’t believe it will work for Demi Lovato, but truly I hope I’m wrong. I see a lot of myself in her story, though, so I may be projecting. (I’m 16 years sober).

It doesn’t make sense because that’s not what D.C. residents want. D.C. is not Maryland. It hasn’t been part of Maryland for something like 200 years. Why not make West Virginia part of Virginia? West Virginia was part of Virginia more recently than D.C. was part of Maryland.

D.C. residents are not in the state of Maryland.  They are in D.C.  D.C. residents do not want to be a part of Maryland.

DC has a bigger population than many states. I don’t know what reason you have to say they should just be consumed by another state, unless a blue region getting control of two new senators happens to be politically inconvenient for you...

It seems disingenuous to bring up an HGTV renovation show not highlighting historic racism in town. So strange how the Property Brothers weren’t called to account for the diversity issues of Toronto or the anti-Asian hate crimes in Vancouver. Househunters internationals looking for an apartment in Budapest should

At least it keeps Briga Heelan around. As far as I’m concerned, she’s a treasure. I discovered her in Ground Floor (still a show I enjoy coming back to sometimes, speaking of great multicams), loved her in Great News (damn, can she be in anything for longer than two seasons) and absolutely adored her in her tiny role

Is this a genuine criticism of a show about fixing up houses? That the people who want to sell their clients on property aren’t going to be bringing up the ugly parts of the town’s history?

Assume that all goths are sexual predators, be surprised when somebody points out that it’s a stupid and dangerous generalization, win stupid prizes?

Came here to read about one of the few decent shows on HGTV. Comments full of people shitting on the South. Y'all are a consistent bunch of assholes.

Kumail booked a Marvel movie and spent the pandemic chillin’ with his wife. Don't lump him in with Sex Offender Alley because he works out. Who cares if he used PEDs? He didn't hurt anyone.

ewww he got some TJ Miller on him
