your middle aged husband has multiple friends who date women who are aged 18-25?

I agree. I feel bad for the people who were interviewed for the Bon Appetit series. They had to discuss some pretty upsetting times in their life, only to find out a lot of that reportage will never air.

He’s also a threat to any other woman he goes out with in that three years.  Meanwhile weed dealers are serving 20 years and they’re a threat to exactly no one.  As for his “little to no history,” I highly doubt this is the first time he’s done something like this.

My first thought on reading that headline is that if someone had told me during the heyday of Home Improvement that this actor would turn out to bean abuser, my immediate thought would be, “That checks out.”

It was lo these many years ago that every celebrity interview promoting a new movie on AVClub would be quickly followed by an uncomplimentary review of that very movie.

I don’t really know that there can be spoilers for something non-fiction that has happened and been publicly discussed for like, 30 years, but I otherwise hear you.

As someone working in/researching higher ed, this was always the most baffling part of the whole thing. It’s one of the most open secrets in colleges and universities, so I have to imagine their kids were profoundly underqualified to the point that they couldn’t even come up with some barely passable excuse to accept

In effect, this already exists. Underqualified but wealthy students can get into many schools by having their parents give a large donation to the school. You’ve left that comment twice in five days. How is that pertinent to the subject discussed here?

Well they won’t be doing alright for much longer if they keep smoking like chimneys.

This might legit be better than ‘Alfie.’

I feel Elizabeth was lucky to have her sisters protect her in a very fucked industry, because she seems fairly well adjusted. The twins are so private but I do think they are brilliant designers.

It’s an interesting bit of animation history, but otherwise not really something i’d be interested in without some more content around it, basically

Dang Scotty, you broke recognitions. That deserves something more than a star. Quite possibly the Nobel Peace Prize.

CBS is one of the most creatively bankrupt channels I’ve ever seen. Just endless spin offs and remakes of the same things with mild tweaks. I know people will say that’s the same thing for most channels. But, come on. There procedurals are barely and different other than the setting. A lot of people don’t like change
