I mean to be totally honest, you might want to wait for him to ruin the economy- if you have savings, you will probably be able to pick up a bargain after the next crash (if our currency isn’t horribly debased in the meantime, which it may well be).

The House is spineless. They are terrified of their racist foaming at the mouth base. Nonetheless, I would love for Trump to be humiliated by that happening, even if he ends up being appointed by the House anyways.

I’m not sure. I think unambiguous ties to Russia (as in, you can literally see the check, and it says To Trump, and the memo field is like “undermine the US”). I think no matter what it would have to be very clear cut corruption, something that he would clearly end up in federal prison over.

If he did, do you think that would finally get his supporters to turn on him? Half of me thinks that they’d find a way to rationalize and justify it, and half of me thinks they’d turn on him instantly like a pack of velociraptor that had just broken out of Jurassic park.

My original theory was that he would get impeached 6 months in (give or take 3 months). My new theory is that he will quit before the inauguration.

I think I permanently damaged my liver already. I keep track of my drinking for therapy and usually I have a glass of wine per night, maybe two. My therapist’s jaw dropped when she saw the election week tally.

I’m going to miss her so much and can’t wait to see what she does next. She deserves the best vacation ever in the history of the world after all this.
