It’s not *entirely* a scam. The EcoBoost engines get very slightly better milage and much better HP than Ford’s non-EcoBoost engines of equivalent displacement. Even more power for the same fuel usage is an efficiency improvement, albeit one directed slightly differently than most Eco-car buyers would expect.

Truth. I think all German car companies use plastic that’s always perfect, so long as it never exposed to sunlight, heat, cold, salt, or the wrong humidity. In the event that you have exposed your vehicle to one of these unapproved conditions, plastics will crack and adhesives will stop working.
