I was worried beforehand that TotK would just feel like an expansion, but after playing that I feel like it’s different enough to really feel like its own game. I’ll admit it doesn’t feel quite as fresh as BotW because it’s using the same map and a lot of the same assets, but I feel like there’s so much they added

Once again, it’s not free if you have to pay for access. You can’t access these games without an active Netflix subscription and that costs money.

This exactly. Give the amount of time played in gonna guess the kids has limited adult supervision, probably working parents. When I fucked up as a kid and my parents told me no videos games and I still played, my dad just took the console with him to work every day.

One one hand, free pizza rules and it’s Domino’s own damn fault for making a full-on freebie code in the first place.

On the other hand, free pizza does rule but ordering 77 free pizzas is overly greedy and just calling attention to it, ruining it for everyone.

On the other hand, I feel bad for those employees that got

This is, I think, a key bridge that the article could have mentioned - for a fair amount of it in the Western gaming audience, the F2P gaming sphere served as a primer for the shift.

Narrator: Turns out we weren't better than this after all.

not counting indie games

Veronica’s character side quest in New Vegas is better written and more complex than the main quest of Fallout 3. As is Boone’s, Rose of Sharon Cassidy’s, Raul’s, Lily’s...hell, even ED-E’s.

I actually thought about the Mass Effect games while reading this, although even beyond this example here.

ya, and k/da has full music videos animation of just them.

Oh, you’re absolutely right, and I appreciate your sound reflection amidst this strange chaos. Most don’t know and most that know don’t care, it’s an uphill battle that probably just can’t be won. I have certainly found my own apathy to the situation as well, though it’s still interesting enough to engage in discourse

The author of this article seems to confuse bacteria and yeast. I used to homebrew so I have a fairly good understanding of how brewing works. To me it sounds like they are using her bacteria to create a sour Belgian-style ale. The thing that gives those types of beers their interesting “tang” is bacteria in addition

This is so fucking stupid it hurts.

Signalis is a hidden gem indeed. Sorry to see it go away. But this one is worth buying anyway. :)

Gunfire Reborn is awesome!  My friends and I play it all the time.

Translation: “I’m a whiny bitch who demands to be humored no matter how stupid I’m acting.”

Yeah, you nailed it. I’ve played this game every day since I discovered it a few weeks (2? 3? a month?) ago, and there are some days that are just laughably easy, because one or even two of the four sets are just impossible to not connect, which makes the other two much easier. And then on other days, you have to

Nothing will top K/DA from League of Legends!

Real talk, if you just want to play through the open world and the campaign...say maybe 30 to 40 hours of play time, the game is great. All the complaining is really related to everything after level 50. It’s a mess.
