Depends on the Asian. If it's a full-blooded Japanese guy doing his impression of a Chinese guy, a Chinese guy will still call it racist.

I'm 100% white, so anything I say isn't racist either. It's the dominant paradigm.

You know that scene in "The 40 Year Old Virgin" where Steve Carell says a woman's breast feels like a bag of sand — and that's how the other guys know he's a virgin? I was reminded of that when I read "nutstrap." All this time we've been assuming that Adam Sandler has male genitalia, but that may not be the case.

I see your point.

I'm going to have to disagree with Philip Seymour Hoffman being on this list. There is a twinge of malice in EVERY character he plays. (Except maybe his bit part as a storm chaser in Twister.)

"…you can still win a girl over after you senselessly murder her kid brother in front of her? Who knew that sort of stuff got women all excited?"

What's it called when a character dismisses the possibility of something ever happening, even when he/she should clearly know better based on the reality he/she lives in? Is there a word for that? There should be. Damon seems to do it a lot.

I read an interview with Vaughn once, and he came off as a colossal prick. He basically could not hide his disgust for the interviewer or her questions — which were pretty fluffy, "Tell us about your love life," Teen Beat kind of stuff. Not groundbreaking journalism, but also not offensive. If you don't have any…

Swept Away was shockingly bad. I haven't seen all of the others on this list, but I've seen some of them, and none of them can hold a candle to the awfulness of Swept Away. I hesitate to even call it a flop, because that implies that its lack of success was a surprise in some way. I refuse to believe that anyone…

Whatever. I don't need that song, I can clear a pool full of women all on my own.
