I would also assume this cost includes the cost to get it to Mars. It costs something like $10k per pound to get into low earth orbit. Prob costs quite a bit more to get to Mars. 

Who is “they”? Silverado guy will get his car covered 100% by his own carrier. Hellcat guy to me is a “maybe”. If Hellcat driver’s carrier declines coverage, they won’t pay for Silverado’s damage. If you do something that goes against the policy, you lose ANY coverage.
