I think this is from his fall at a campaign event- he fell when he tried to get on the platform. He’s so feeble he couldn’t stop his fall. 

If it’s a specialized tool, yep, name brand. If it’s a regular tool, HF every day. If it breaks, they replace it no question. Even if they didn’t, I figured years ago that I would need to break 5-10x the number of tools before I would hit the price of a name brand. I’m a hobbyist, so YMMV.
