DON’T get me started about P&P. It’s written as a comedy of manners, but there are some SERIOUS issues being made fun of, which people literally forget all about!

Do I love Pride and Prejudice? Hell yes. But my love stems from Austen’s wonderfully acerbic writing and nostalgia for being twelve and seeing the BBC version for the first time (post-lake Colin Firth leads to...feelings).
