If you need a smart phone in an environment where this can happen you need a Casio Commando not the best specs but supposed to be tough.

Well I will agree with that I'm by no means saying that wouldn't be the case, I just really haven't gotten into IOS like the android OS I really enjoy the customization I can do with it, with all the roms and everything else. If it can be down as easy on the ipod I'm open to it.
