I am having a problem with Google Voice and have not been able to get any help from Google. When I answer incoming calls to my Google Voice number using my mobile phone, callers cannot hear me but I can hear them. If I answer the incoming calls on another ringing phone (a land line) there is no problem. There is

I never got word that I wasn't supposed to wear socks with sandals anymore.

I think somebody just got fired....

All you need is a license plate flipper, or better yet a plate rotator, so you can cruise incognito down the city streets.

Paul, thanks for your observation. I don't consider myself an atheist. I guess that is open to interpretation since I made a comment on Hawking's quote. My form of belief is obviously different from the mainstream.

This study isn't worth the screen it's printed on. How can they trust the results of a study of a bunch of liars!

At least he hasn't resorted to planking, yet!

I regret I missed the launch this morning. Video and snapshots are pretty impressive!

My perceived fear of the unknown is irrational, but I don't deny it.

What if that thing hits something or somebody?

Thanks for this story. I have a smartphone but it is WM 6.5 based and I have not yet found a Google Voice app for it (maybe someone reading this knows of one). Nevertheless, I use GV in the manner you describe although I did not have all the tricks down until now. This will come in very handy.

Time as we know it and understand it is measured by the movements of the objects in our solar system. One might conclude that special relativity is a way of thinking outside the box (our solar system). Without the application of special relativity (a theory) the twins would not age at the same rate but they would be

After reading many articles about the uses and benefits of a Linux based Live CD I finally downloaded an ISO and burned one. I liked the Live version so much I decided to install it (would this be a "dead" version) on a hard drive and dual boot with Windows. I now find myself using it as much or more than Windows.

Does Firefox have a similar feature or other plugin?
