Ice Cube is dead to me.

I dunno. One the one hand, we laughed at him in 2012 when he said Russia was the greatest national security threat and now it feels prescient, as if he was three steps ahead of us.

Gotta be honest, I’m not lovin’ the new look.

¿Por què no los dos?

Yup. While I do enjoy nostalgia, the book was terrible. I’m genuinely surprised that anyone actually liked it.

It’s almost like Ready Player One is a bad book and Cline is a bad writer. Why would we expect anything at all creative in a follow-up? Get psyched for a flimsy plot with some overused tropes covered in lazy buzzfeed lists of 80s/90s things.

The Reich-wing’s hypocrisy over Whitmer is incredible. Can you imagine how they’d react if BLM had been behind this instead of white nationalists? A group of white men radicalized by right-wing rhetoric and plotting terrorism is somehow less dangerous than Black people politely asking to not be murdered by their own go

I'll admit to finding the original passable enjoyable when I first read it, but it has aged very poorly. Even then, I questioned who it was for. YA nostalgia for the 80's is kind of an oxymoron.

Just from title alone, I can imagine a different character going through a similar story—the same “level”—aka Player Two. The set up sounds more like it could be titled Ready Player One: New Game+, or maybe Ready Player One: Second Quest.

Good nudity will make you do things.

This is entirely OT and my apologies for it but I can’t hold it in.

To all you conspiracy people who think Trump is playing 3d chess and pretending to have Covid to garner sympathy, I say thee nay.

Let’s all say it now together:

The police are not your friends. Now watch the most dangerous gang in America close ranks, say nothing bad about the murderer and smear the innocent man they murdered.

Ya, this is just silly. Pr0n’s always have a terrible plot.

Some people have no taste.

Wait, are you saying hydroxychloroquine DOSEN’T work against Covid-19?!?!?!

Imagine paying upwards of $250K just to catch a potentially fatal and debilitating disease.
