Essentially what happened is some account exec for NBC got a call from Trump’s campaign, told him the scatter price for NBC Sunday Night Football (probably in the area of $1 million), and convinced the right people to run it. And yes that’s a solid addition to the bottom line for one ad and scatter deal.

I used to work in advertising for a TV network, and they absolutely can say what they can and can’t run. We always had some ads that toed the line for some things (think medical products, Ashley Madison, old Go Daddy ads). Essentially the head of sales usually makes the first call and then it goes up the chain from

This article gives me a perfect reason to post this. Have fun getting it out of your head.

Ooook then so mind filing in roughly what happened with her family and lack of consent? For the people (me) who don’t know.

I always enjoy these “I ate like ____ for a day” and they’re always amazed by the amount of food, and it seems like they totally gloss over the actual reason why they have to eat that much throughout the day: they train like absolute animals.

Be honest, you didn’t read the article did you?

Thinking about going on Sunday, but the only tickets available that don’t cost a ton ($100+) are the Sunday night session tickets.  Are these worth it if you get them for $70 or so? Or just cough up the money for earlier tickets?

This line was actually a nod to her role in the film A Beautiful Mind in which she’s in a relationship with Russell Crowe’s John Forbes Nash Jr.

I thought this exact same thing. The title of the article says “creators say he’s cheating”, and then don’t give any explanation of why. In fact, they barely even touch upon it.

I’m a casual follower of the PL (watch some games on the weekend but don’tt have a dog in the fight so not watching religiously), and I came here just to say that may be one of the coolest soccer photos I’ve ever seen.

None of your tax dollars go to his salary, you know that right? The athletic department is entirely self sufficient, and actually gave about $9.5 mil back to the school.

Did you just call someone who was looking for an Uber, “an entitled shitbag”?

It’s cute that you think the Packers are really a not for profit and are “fan owned”.

To be fair on the Marino selection, that guy is right. The Jets knew he had a drug problem and passed on him. And Ken O’Brien was pretty good, but yea, not the QB that Marino turned out to be obviously.

I was expecting those two dudes to get wrecked, but was surprised that they were able to somewhat hold their own and not get absolutely knocked out.

What makes this even more frustrating for me is that the Wilpons invested money in an esports team that is actually one of the best in their league if I’m not mistaken.  And when asked about why they are succeeding, Jeff Wilpon said, “probably because I stayed out of the way”. It’s like he knows that will get out to

I do find it somewhat funny and interesting that the whole reason this happened was because Big Cat from Barstool tweeted at CJ, and that was his response. And you wrote it like he just happened to still be upset and randomly tweeted that out of nowhere.
