sr20 was one of the most overbuilt engines though.  They were factory turbocharged over in Japan and reused the overbuilt stuff here in the states.  Did a ton of work (including turbo charging) the FWD SR20's back in the early 2k’s and these engines were beasts.

I’ve always thought that way until recently. The last two cars I bought were CPO, I know I’m paying a premium, but I’m buying them for the warranty. Both I’m glad I did. Pano roof on ‘13 MKZ has had issues that would have cost me dearly, and same for the Pano roof on the ‘15 F150.... Next car/truck will NOT have a

Note on the lemon thing - bought a 2013 Altima new, major CVT issues, replaced, wrecked the car while they had it, all kinds of other major issues, finally lemon lawed at 30+k miles....

Only thing missing is the “I KNOW WHAT I HAVE” at the end of the listing...

I dunno man - the back seat of a supercrew f150 has more leg room than anything I’ve ever been in....

Well damn, there was a $20 pre-made launcher that works WAY better than the home-made kit I had, I gave several as gifts, but alas, I can’t find it, probably discontinued in the name of safety....

Ordered one of those last place I worked.  Bought it in like 2013?  It was a 2010 left over.  Got a helluva deal on it, had it shipped from KY to CA.  Toolbox was useful as F.....

Way to go “lean” supply chain..... Lets not produce to forecast for fear of inventory sitting, lets do just in time! Sorry have sat through so many of these LEAN training things only to sit and go “but downtown in x business costs xxxxxxxxxxxxx per hour..... Why would you risk it, only to be beaten down with industry

Preach. About 15 years ago doing landscaping with headphones on two of the bastards stung me behind my ear. Couldn’t hear outta that ear for like a week due to the swelling and looked like Chunk from Goonies on that side.....

At the mill I was at, with the best pay/benefit structure I’ve ever enjoyed we made 10-30 million a month depending on how things were going. Now there were months we made nothing or lost money if raw materials flopped etc.

Worked in the steel industry - those motherF’rs are making hand over foot. The fat cat CEO’s and managers are making TONS of money....

Was in love with a few, started with a Yellow Ford Ranger SPLASH! with black stripes I passed daily on the school bus (later owned a yellow frontier crew cab), next was the first time I passed a 240SX SE on the expressway, was a 98, in probably 99. Was in love. Never owned one :( My last and still crush, the MKIV

Pssst Mkz is the Fusion based sedan. And yes, I hoon the shit outta one....

There were a SHIT load of TPS reports to be completed, filed and not looked at by management!

Had a Ford 1710 growing up. Hooned the shit outta it.....

This so much...... Corporate is there for me, so when traveling I always pray the rental will make it without needing a fillup, because dammit Jersey every damn time it takes 20+ minutes to get half a tank of gas with the 1 old dood shuffling between 6 pumps :end rant:

More boring NX2000? PSSSSH.... Stock that car was rated one of the 10 best handling sports cars. Throw a SR20DET into it (or turbo the stock SR) as many of us did in the late 90's/early 00's and you had a car with the weight/power ratio of a corvette that did it’s fair share of embarrassing larger engined/more

Why shut down the corvette plant from visitors if you aren’t about to make this thing there?

Slap a sr20det and a 6spd tranny in and it’s suddenly a holy shit wow car.....
