I think that bar’s deal is that they do constant pop ups, like the GoT theme later on. Derek Brown is a savvy businessman who owns several bars in DC, so I wouldn’t put it past him to get all his legal ducks in a row before getting a pop up going. I’ve never gone due to said lines.
