I distinctly remember a strong typhoon in early December slamming into Hong Kong about a decade ago.  And the increased number of typhoons that the Hong Kong Observatory promised for this year have yet to materialize.  But Japan got more than usual this year too.  Global warming, right?

Hey, 8 months is a great run for an Italian car. That’s like 300,000 miles on a Lexus.

I think the insurance companies simply total these cars out instead of fixing them because they are so expensive to repair.

My biggest complaint are their interiors. When you can get out of a Levante or Ghibli and get into a new Hyundai and go “Wow, this is much nicer”, there’s a big problem.

You’d have to be utterly stupid to buy any modern Maserati, save for the Gran Turismo, which is also singing the swan song right now. After driving numerous new Alfas, Fiats, and Maseratis, I am now convinced that they are more Chrysler than anything else. CP at any price and If you really want a Maserati, get a late

I tried going down this road. I thought I’d get one from either CarMax, or Carvana, and then do the aftermarket warranty.

Nothing screams “reliability” like a Maserati/Alfa Romeo developed hybrid. It better come with a loaner in the trunk.

Nice still shots. Now we know what it will look like while waiting for roadside assistance.

Looks like a car you’d see in grand theft auto. Lots of visual cues from existing cars slapped together and quite uggo.

Allegedly? Were they banging ostriches?

in theory, the regs are structured to prevent this. If you look at today’s diffusers, there are all kinds of vanes and flips and vortex generators. The new regs don’t allow them.  the tunnels are supposed to be basically without any vanes or vortex generators.

Oh, dearie me.  That’s just rude.

It’s not rational in the least, but I love this car. I don’t hate myself enough to buy one.

Whats there to be surprised about? Horribly unreliable piece of crap that never caught on for the reason I mentioned.

Tavarish’s Murcielago which he rebuilt after it starred in the last F&F film.

Not even sure why Maserati exists any more.

Can they just hold it at Road Atlanta, or Watkins Glen, or Barber, or Mid-Ohio, or VIR, or anywhere but another shitty Tilkedrome street circuit?

Don’t they have around 90 days’ supply in inventory already?

I dunno....NASCAR teams go through a LOT of chewing tobacco
