Jail inside of a jail is exactly that- isolating those users from the rest of the population. What exactly are you imagining happening there? The black room with no light like the movies?

Well “solitary confinement”, which is really just jail inside of jail/prison, is typically used only for prisoners who break major rules. Prison works similar to the outside society, where there is punishment for breaking the law. Rape or beat up someone? Solitary confinement is a standard punishment.

This sounds big, but there really aren’t many juveniles in federal prison. It’s good protection for the few that are there though.

Yes! The back seat of a rx8 is much larger than small/medium sedans. Try putting a rear facing car seat in something like a Focus, and the front seat has to be all the way against the dash. In a rx8 there’s still plenty of legroom.
