Three trophies for the Chort!

Yeah, I'm in his hometown and never managed to get to see him yet (he plays here regularly). Need to make an effort, this was good stuff.

I am guilty of talking like this. Once, I was a guest on a podcast, and once it was posted I found that they had edited all the "um"s I said together into one supercut and played it at the end of the show after the outro. It was really sort of hurtful.

Spicer did something today you can't take away from. He became President of the United States.

I have the Glowing Sea up next on my main-quest list, but I've been dragging my feet on starting it. Instead, I've worked on my settlements, and fooled around with other quests (I've stumbled into two of the DLC quest lined without meaning to, and I just finished up Cabot House). I built a robot workbench and modded a

I mean, fucking "Anthem." Jesus Christ.

I would totally watch these but I just fired up Chess on Spotify and I'm kind of having a moment because I haven't listened to it for a long time.

I lost my shit when there was not only a clue about X, but somebody got it right!

I'm only about 15 chapters in. I think it's pretty good so far. While nothing momentous is happening to this point, I find that I really enjoy the structure with the various levels of storytelling. I've been jumping around to wildly different books for the last year, so it's hard to say whether I'll stay engaged for a

The Name of the Wind - Patrick Rothfuss.

I'm digging through old LPs and listening to them after a nice cleaning and with a newly-balanced tonearm that's making everything sound very, very good. This is thanks to a new cleaning kit and scale-type thing I bought earlier this week. I'm also going to play Fallout 4, but I went over that in the article where we

Oops. I didn't know they did any other than that '96 one. *shudder*

I always wanted to see X and got to last year in Chicago. It was great. We were right up front at the Metro. During the encore some other old dude wanted to mosh so we did. It was pathetic old-folks moshing, but the love was there. I got a setlist.

I was at that Lollapalooza which was technically in Rockford and trust me I'd rather have not been there, you got the good end of that deal. Four years later when people were setting shit on fire at Woodstock '99, I was like "if it was anything like that fucking Rockford shit, I fully support the fire-setting people."
