Not sure if this counts, but I remember my dad getting a tractor stuck during harvest when I was a little kid.

Stuff like this is why you are my favorite writer here.

Let me guess, you once had a crazy, horse-girl, girlfriend?

Yeah there was a second one, both still up there.

I wonder if people are going to pounce on the Ford like they did on the Nissan LeMons car.

The short story is; Project Director Richard Noble and fighter pilot Andy Green got this car to 763 MPH in 1997.

Dodge Challenger and Chevy Camaro owners can ignore that advice, because what choice do they have amirite?!

I am the only one who wonders about the choice of placement for this tank.
I am sure they have made it pretty safe in ways I can’t see, but didn’t car companies get in trouble for putting fuel tanks in places where they might break if you get rear-ended?

I am currently leading a team and I just tell them that when their job is done they can look into it.
Their job will never be done.

Is there any indication that these are coming to North America?

What’s the point of even driving a car if it doesn’t have more power than all the other cars?

Haha, all our systems have problems. Brakes are the least of our concerns, now bodywork, suspensions, and drive? Thats another thing completely.

It had rained and brake test area was wet, dynamics area was not.

Was that at Lincoln? We have only gone to Michigan and I have only been twice. I didn’t know about that but I am way to big to drive so that was never really on my radar. We did some messing around with slicks and wets in Michigan last year.

We are looking at changing engines right now. One guy wants a turbo, lucky the team captain (me) and others are very much set against the idea.

Our teams first year (before my time, 7 ish years ago) they over built to so much they finished endurance, but where so slow that they didn’t get any extra points out of it.

I have never had to repair our FSAE car from a crash (touch wood, 2 years left), but props for managing to fix the frame that quickly.

He showed enough restraint to not use a hatchet, but not a gun? That is interesting. Or did he just remember he had another dumber things to use.

This has inspired a new sex position
