Okay, it made all of the “correct” points, but did anyone, like, laugh at this sketch that aired on a comedy show?

A “not really funny” sketch is where this comedy sketch should land. Jezebel’s not really built to critique humor.

The defendant could well fall short of “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt,” but the idea that anyone on here would be defending him if he wasn’t an undocumented immigrant (TAKE THAT, TRUMP!) is ridiculous.

Husband Of The Year Richard Pryor, on the other hand...

Because he’s made great movies? And because the “allegations” you’re referring to are a) not plural, and b) not some Cosby-type situation where you’d have to delusional to think that he might innocent.

He didn’t raise her.

Seriously? White women on Jezebel are the core of Beyonce’s fanbase. Look at the writer.

Is there any other celebrity—even any other non-white celebrity—that would not get mercilessly ripped on by Jezebel for posting something that self-important on Instagram? I’m still not quite sure where the uncritical hero worship of Beyonce came from.

Boy, 3 likes but still pending approval. Wonder what that’s about.

I don’t disagree, but the idea that you’d say the same if it were a conservative senator is...debatable.

Please. I hope you never meet an actual bigot.

Exactly. And in terms of the two of them making this statement, I’d have to imagine they know something about this that’s not out yet, or they wouldn’t have made a public statement after building so much of their brand (Lena Dunham in particular, obviously) as being staunch feminists and believing women almost

Serious question to all Democrats commenting on this article (conservative estimate, about 140% of you):

Sorry. Actually searched it and nothing came up. Unfortunate indicator of how under the radar a pretty consistently funny show was. And I did like her in it.

Not sure if you’re quoting something or not, but I don’t think it’s unfair to object to someone perpetuating a stereotype. Especially if that’s the extent of your range.

I guess that could be, but it’s not like Takei was some one-off guest, though. He’s literally in there all the time as some unofficial sidekick.
