I still can’t wrap my head around the Amiibo craze. Skylanders are one thing: They’re just an update of the toyetic market aimed at kids since the 80s. But Amiibos are aimed equally at adults as they are kids, even more so adults judging from the angry comments.

Ehr...my side?

Just call them idiots so we can reclaim Feminism for what its supposed to do.

It wouldn’t it be an interesting thing if the bomb threats were made by another gamer-gate member to rouse martyrdom and support the image that all feminists are batty, rather than just a few fringe morons making the rest look bad?

I toyed with writing a rough outline of a character who was a descendent of the Gillespie family line. He’s terminally ill with cancer, and is trying to deal with his wife and son dying in a car accident two years prior. He’s moved back to Brahms to handle his grandmother’s estate after she recently died, and

Something that really bothers me about the series later on: The first two games set up a huge timeline. While Allessa’s torment is the thing that popped the lid and kicked off the series at large, the history they’ve set up stretches back for centuries. It’s been implied in-game and in supplementary material that

Ah, the reinvention of the urban myth. The tech era makes everything interesting.

Each of the characters have distinct personalities, distinct physical features. They come from different walks of life. They have more differences than they do similarities (All black, male, similar age. Thats it)

Its already been confirmed that different summons have different scenarios, and many feel certain that they only built Ramuh that way to add some dramatic impact to the Behemoth battle.

Interesting to who? You?

Geeze, they’re not even trying to avoid spoilers here, are they?

I’m honestly not that upset. It looked interesting, but the trailer gave some pretty heavy hints that

I really wouldn’t mind the lesser heal ability since a pugalist evasion does make up for it. The cooldown is the real problem in my opinion. If you ever get in a situation where you need it, odds are its a situation you’re stuck in for the long haul, so it’d better if you had more frequent access to it. As it is, I

Should really make this clear; Cross classing is very limited. You get about five specific skills from each of the other classes, and often I find they’re a little hinky due to the fact that they still rely on stats you may not have. You will never benefit from a cure spell without the right stat to make it

Carbuncle is exclusive only to the Arcanist. Arcanist is essentially built for the magician that wants to go it alone. It’s main focus is self preservation while Carbuncle does most of the damage. What you can do is use its cross class skills to give Pugalist some self-preservation skills, since Pugalist is a bit more

The only other thing that comes to mind is read ahead about quests before you purchase equipment. Gil can be a scarce resource until you really get a handle on crafting. Odds are your story/class quests will offer you equipment that would take a chunk out of your purse otherwise.

Learn you combo upkeep. Pugalist and Monk are all about switching between forms to gain benefits. Also Haymaker is a wonderful cross-classing skill for anything that deals in evasion, since early levels it’ll kibosh nearly anything you’re dealing with. The only downside to a pugalist is a lot of it’s better

You get chocobos in your level 20s I think. Eventually you’re gonna hit Leve quests which will grant you a lot more EXP opportunities. What you can do is hyper focus on one class you’re very good at, collect your Leves, then switch classes when you go to your leve master to collect. That class will get the exp instead

Crafting is pretty easy actually. It is slightly grindy, but you can cross class to increase your effective across all trade and gathers. Creation grants you a lot of exp, so they level faster than combat or magic classes. Its stuff you want to do while waiting for friends to come on.

The main quests are meant to open the plot. You should use hunting logs and npc quests to level your characters, and then pursue main quests as they become available according to your levels.
