Yeah, Jason Takes Manhattan is really the one that decided to pull an Elm Street II and throw the formula out the window.

Actually they ARE considering doing a Friday series that flits through the past. The question is if they're actually going to focus on Pamela or Jason's perspctive, assuming it survives pre-production to a greenlight. With the success of Hannibal and Bates Motel, it has a chance. We've also got Evil Dead, Scream, and…
Actually there's a pretty natural sense of progression in terms of her kill route. I can't recite it off the top of my head,d but it does make sense how she moves from place to place. Jason likewise has a whole range of movement (Or not movement).
Wait. *Blinks*
Maybe. The thing is despite dodgy writing, several of the Fridays take place within the same span of a week back to back. So doesn't really work.
It bounces around from film to film. The first one, Jason's inclusion at the end was literally a last minute idea by Tom Savini, based on the jump scare of Carrie. They keep it ambiguous (because 80s Hackeny Sequel Writing 101) for the first four films, and then they're too occupied with him being a zombie after part…
I'll just take a moment to insert my own little pet theory that Jason never died in the 60s; His mother made up his death in her own head. She'd go back an forth pretending that he was dead and then not dead, while poor Jason cowers in their cabin in the woods. Ultimately she'd abandon him for days or even weeks…
Specifically it was supposed to be a shortening of Kill Mommy (Ki and Ma), run through an echo-plexxi device. So that Mrs.Voorhese seems to hear her son in her head.
Just a quick reminder for people
Try specific car/motorcycle models, exact replicas of actual landmarks, and yes, even specific brand-copies. There's plenty hidden in plain sight.
At 'this ' point? Dd you actually play the first game? >_> They had heavy sci-fi elements from day one.
Yes. Because it was Sakaguchi's "Final Fantasy". Anyone with an iota of gaming history knows he was ready to quit and go back to university if his next game flopped, hence the title. It was a hit, so he kept the title of out sentimental value, not an indication of what the series is supposed to be genre-wise.
*Sets down a camping chair and watches the parade of complainers.*
Super Comboy because of trade embargo between Korea and Japan. They had to basically commission third party companies to put the bits together and sell them under the pseudonym.
TSV is a lovely tool for reasonable, responsible consumers.
For me it was just being introduced to the idea that a main character could die, and the plot would continue. Even though I had not real emotion invested in Crono, I was young enough still think that heroes were untouchable. This was long before Aerith's death in FFVII, so the idea that they could kill off a leading…
...How about just focusing on making the one movie good, and never mind the gender?
Depending on the brand and quality, the crust can range from still good to petrified.
Prettier sure it'll be ironed out. They acknowledged feedback at one point pretty quickly, and fixed an issue
Just no more gawky pink shirts. ;-; I was so desperate to get the damned Color Your World quest. Green hair and pink clothes don't work.
