I owe you a thanks for that comment. I’ve had a huge improvement since treating my “dry skin” with anti fungals. I had no idea that athlete’s foot could present like this.

The thing is that if someone doesn’t wear a seatbelt, it’s not going to harm me in the least. The same cannot be said for remaining unvaccinated.

Larger stuff does take longer to break down. The simplest solution is to keep chopping, even after the edible parts are prepped. I chop up rinds, stems— all of it before it goes in the bucket.

I thought our first multi-gen vacation would be a nightmare and it was great! It’s now a bi-annual occurence.

Canada has otc tylenol #1 so that was my go-to for the cramping.
