I am in a similar vaccine situation here in Canada. IDK what our plan is yet but I want to go back and get jabbed when we can. We drive back and forth (or did before all of this). Drying them out in the fridge overnight is such a game changer. We will be doing baking powder hot wings (baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper) baked low at first then jacked up for maximum crispiness. I cannot wait.
