Usually most people learn as children not to pull on something stuck to something else without unsticking it first. As I said to someone else I have a hard time registering this as an actual adult problem.

Or you could, you know... Tap it a few times until the ice cracks free. I honestly am having a hard time fathoming a fully grown adult having this problem.
