Pfffttt, I’ve done almost that exact thing at night at Gingerman in Michigan. Went off like three times. I knew the risks. So did everyone else around me. It was great. Stupid. But great.
The guy is driving 170mph on a track without a helmet and just a 3-point seat belt. Unbelievably stupid.
“the regen is insane in this thing!” driving on a track with half a car, no racing seats/harness and no helmet. good news is he is still alive. bad news is he is still out there driving amongst us.
Just because you make a mistake on the track and crash does not automatically make you an idiot. Now, putting new brakes on your car and taking it on the track without bedding the pads and rotors or even being confident that you bled them correctly, that’s not too smart. It sucks dude got hurt, but it sounds like he…
I had a colleague who spent the better part of a year prepping a ‘96 Miata for the track.

The default sales guy for me is always William H. Macy. Friendly, persistent and infuriating.
Driving through UK has made me okay with this. They have traffic cameras everywhere. People generally drive pretty calmly and don’t break traffic laws for fear of tickets (speed limits are actual limits and people often drive under them). Plus, you almost never see the police.

More evidence of the rich getting preferential treatment.
They’re always walking that line between their senile-bumbling-fool-Biden and master-mafioso-manipulator-Biden narratives.
I prefer “the Fanta Menace”
Stick to sports.

Well said, people forget that dictators and fascists eventually come for them.
Their aboutface is more understandable when you realize that they were lying about supporting the military (it was about getting money into the pockets of their donors), anti-commie (that was, and still is, about denegrating anyone who might show concern for their fellow man) and small government (that was just an…
Have a lot of people posting pictures of various Democrats in orange prison uniforms saying they need to go to jail (some may need to but doubt enough to stick). It takes all of my restraint to not respond that I’m fine with any of them going so long as they’re okay with Cheetolini and his crew going too, I don’t of…
