Driver fled the scene and then promptly fell off a jetway…again.
This is so simple. Set up a giant music festival in the desert nearby, a la Burning Man. I’m talking thousands of attendees. Store all of human waste throughout the weeks long festival in giant vats. On the closing night, instead of burning a giant art project, they flood the pit with the cached waste. Bada bing bada…
I love that lead photo. A gathering of some incredible aero tech and… an airport tug.
Great write up, thank you for putting it out there for all of us to see. I’ve been sober for about a year and a half and I’m still learning how to enjoy myself around friends and, well, myself. It has been especially challenging with friends and family who hold drinking as an important part of their leisure time. One…
Waaaait a minute. I thought we solved this problem years ago with trunk monkey. Why reinvent the wheel?
Utilities are expensive here. Most of our power plants are petroleum fired, our natural gas is extracted from oil, and the power company decides case by case how much PV capacity can be installed on homes. The cost of land is also very high, making large scale solar farms expensive. Oahu has some wind on the north…
Headline is a bit inaccurate. An advisory was issued, not a warning. That’s one step below a warning, which would mean sirens would be sounding and mandatory evacuations would be in place.
Classy as fuck?
Yup, especially if they were CRT and not LCD conversions.
The Beatles! Wait, no, that’s not it. Rolling Stones, no, that can’t be it either. Jethro Tull? No but I’m getting close, I can feel it.
And get it in red. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft Mazda is using in their paint barn, but that red is something to see outdoors and in person.
Ugh, stupider than android nake birth and subterranean creatures ripped right out of the 2002 remake of The Time Machine? If the intro of Lord Humungus from that trailer is any indication, it’s gonna get REAL stupid.
Oh man, The Expanse ending is a real bummer. I agree, one of the best works put to film. I am scratching my head though as to why they decided to devote precious minutes to telling the Laconia origin story. My only thought is that everyone involved in the show is hopeful someone else will pick it up.
Pass. Season one was really engaging, right up to the finale. Never seen a series do so well only to completely fall apart in one episode. That trailer only makes me think that they decided to take the worst parts of the finale and run with them.
I heard somewhere that her Lilith’s Brood trilogy is being looked at for a series as well. Which if true, oh man that’s going to be wild. I just hope they do these adaptations justice, because her writing is some of the best out there.
Did you say Abe Lincoln?
Sorry about your HHR
Indeed. Crack is wack.
