It’s probably going to be Boston. Buy in East Boston if you can because Suffolk Downs will be a goldmine. They’re already expanding their presence in the city and as mentioned by another: it has the talent base, proximity to airport and housing potential/cost (until they move in) that makes it a great fit.

I don’t know, she’s a positive personality but she’s not a very good director at this point. Wrinkle was definitely disappointing but it suffered from many of the same flaws that Selma had (especially the overuse of the super close-up).
