There is an extremely slim chance that the electoral college will do the sane thing and tell him to go screw when they vote in December, so we should probably hold off on coups until then.

Technically, the line of succession would kick in and Pence would become president-elect, but the electoral college would still have to confirm him. I don’t know what the odds are on them saying “technically, all those people voted for Trump, not Pence, so we’re all voting Clinton instead.”

Well, the precedent would only be set for if congress declined to hold hearings on the appointee. So if it was a republican trying to appoint a right wing justice, a democrat controlled congress could still hold the hearing and refuse to appoint the justice. They just couldn’t stall by refusing to hold a hearing.

That’s not true. Natural born citizen means a person who was born a citizen, as opposed to a naturalized citizen. Duckworth was born a citizen.
