He just has abs 3 times the normal proporion with a bit of fat around them. He really loves working his abs.

I wouldn’t call the closure of one game to make way for another a marketing push.

“Physical media is dying, and it’s probably happening faster in Japan than other places.”

Any report on if the classic MSN chat troll “ping is to pong as bing is to_____” still works?

Not too well sadly. Japan’s home video market across the board is in slow decline, disc sales wise.

Microsoft is not doing anything for the Xbox brand in japan. I mean, they are selling 115 consoles each week. Why is it still distributed there? What’s the point? They must loose money just by keeping those in stores

A great game? The game is riddled with design flaws and other issues.

Sorry, Nioh has not surpassed Dark Souls. Nioh’s combat system is good, and adds complexities in some areas but it simplifies others. There are tons of different weapons but there are only a handful of weapon types and each “different” weapon that belongs to that type behaves exactly the same way. I like Nioh a lot,

Nice article. I dont agree with the outdated comment but opinions am I right? I played Nioh and it was awesome but it didnt feel like an evolution to the souls concept at all. It felt like an arcadey version of souls with way too much useless gear and systems.

What an incredible series. Really something special

Uhhh I’d disagree pretty hard. That DLC was top, way better than stock DS2. In fact it basically redeemed the game once it was packaged in. The Sanctum City was wonderful, and the bosses were good. I can understand saying stock DS2 was cheap and recycled, but that DLC was top. What bothered you so much about it?! It

You did not just say that about Dark Souls, It’s gameplay is timeless. Do you even praise the sun?

Outdated? really you must be playing a different game

Ugh. I haven’t played DS3 in so long and I never finished it. But it keeps popping up everywhere. If only I could overcome my slight Overwatch addiction, I could go back. Help!

I friggin’ love Dark Souls. According to my Steam profile, I’ve put hundreds of hours into the series, and far more than any other game or series. That said, once I beat DS3 I just put it down. No NG+, no DLC, just quit cold turkey. I think in my mind, I accomplished what I had set out to do.

“Still closed”

The good news is that even though Miyazaki/From are done with the Dark Souls series, they plan on working on more dark/medieval games similar but starting fresh with today’s technology will really give them a chance to open up a whole new universe with tons of potential.

Hmm.....mmm....
