I mean, I have a GTX 1070. I’m not thinking that my PC is the issue with the game. When I can run Witcher 3 at a higher frame rate than a MOBA, something’s wrong with the MOBA.

I just hate it because I typically get a lot lower FPS than what my GPU can push. League of Legends is a lot prettier IMO with the new map, and is a constant 144, whereas HOTS struggles to get past 60 on a good day. Also, frame-rate appears to be affected by connection speed, so it’s weird af.

Man...HotS. I don’t know what to think about HotS. I’ve put a lot of hours in, but it’s got a crappy engine, whatever the hell that replay catching up garbage if you d/c and rejoin, and some of the maps just absolutely suck (Looking at you, Blackheart’s Bay...). They have a potentially fun game at the core, but…
