I’m fairly sure those couldn’t have been included without Kesha giving permission. Doctor-client privilege covers therapy notes (unless she signed something before going into rehab that says otherwise, which would be fucking monstrous of the rehab facility and everyone else involved).

I’m a therapist. Your notes can be subpoenaed by the other side but giving them to the court would be a clear, license-lost violation because HIPAA. You can sign a release that releases your notes TO YOU and then you can choose to do what you want with them (you don’t have to make them part of the case). You can also

Unless Roger gets hit by a meteor mid-match, probably not.

So Dwight is worried that if people find out he’s gay, they’ll like him LESS than they already do?

I salute your service, General Kelly. Don’t give up!

Of course they are! The NCAA is a tinpot oligarchy.

Also that not long ago presidential candidate Romney told a bunch of college students to start their business by simply getting a 10,000 loan from their parents. Out. Of. Touch. With. Reality.

You’re not painting yourself as someone who doesn’t threaten women by... ya know, threatening women. And being verified makes it harder to claim he was hacked. But I am not his lawyer

Hard to believe he emotionally and physically abused his wife.

Except that this ad wasn’t for any candidate running for office. This was Trump doing a commercial. This is easy to win against in a lawsuit. Great google search, but you’re clearly not a lawyer familiar with this application of law. NBC did have a choice in the matter. They chose to be complicit in racism.

The ad wasn’t for Trump running for president. He’s not a candidate for anything this year. So what you cited does not apply.

That’s definitely not true.

I have no friends and desperately need some, but I certainly wouldn’t be friends with these clowns.

Hope the family wins every last penny of that buyout.

He is reportedly not being terminated for cause, but will be bought out of his contract. My theory is the board determined they didn’t want to fire Durkin months ago, and therefore produced an investigative report that went out of its way to pardon his program, thus making it all but impossible to fire him for cause
