Pretty sure three’s the daily max (well without attracting attention anyway)
Probably even worse then. I would say I’m surprised universities allow faculty/staff to employ students because of concerns like this, but I guess it’s not truly a surprise.
“Oh the MAVS. Huh. Well, it explains why LeBron never accepted my Facebook friend requests I guess.” - Mark Cuban
Great, another absolutely terrible and coercive side of college sports of which I was unaware! That definitely seems a bit off even in the best circumstances. Just distasteful all around.
Attempting to sleep with your kids’ nanny, an office intern, and a masseuse is just astonishingly tacky. Not to ignore the morally reprehensible and criminal aspects obviously, but geez.
Clay Travis is the Tucker Carlson of sports media.
Some texts about resistors I guess
Watt messages?
“No no, it wasn’t the inadequate emergency response that killed thousands of people, it was our decades-long refusal to fix dangerously outdated infrastructure or invest in our fellow (non-white) Americans that ended entirely predictably.” - somehow a viable GOP talking point in 2018
Sam Hinkie sounds like the most annoying book club member ever.
i agree, but i also think that serena’s tantrum got everyone in sports talking about sexism in tennis, while those things you witnessed today...didn’t. maybe we’ll get a good outcome (e.g., less sexism in tennis) because of a personal mistake. sports are complicated i guess.
In fairness, Nadal has thrown a fit and told Ramos he’d never officiate a match again, over pretty similar circumstances. plus tennis players smash racquets constantly, throwing a chair isn’t a great analogy. serena overreacted, but the only reason anyone cares is because of who she is, not what she did.
Yeah I agree, Serena owes Osaka an apology. Her behavior detracted from the US Open, the fine seems appropriate to me. I also feel badly for Ramos, who enforced the rules to the letter the way he usually has in the past, and got publicly excoriated for it.
Seriously. Agassi spit on a guy! McEnroe was unhinged for years but now gets asked to commentate every Tour event possible. Djokovic smashed a racquet literally the day after serenagate and ESPN didn’t even show the replay. A bad look for Serena, but hardly a crisis for tennis.
A handful of deli ham and two gulps of orange juice from the container is breakfast the way god intended it.
“Look, we took on all of this other firm’s assets and liabilities, but I AM IN NO WAY interested in the liabilities. Not entirely sure why we bought those, to be honest.” - Art Slusark, basically
Djokovic’s disdain for the shot clock is the best part of men’s tennis at the moment. I’m for any rule changes that mean we see less of Isner, personally.
listen, my roommate from sophomore year of college once spent a semester in barcelona, so im *well* within my rights to comment on spanish naming conventions.
Thank you, Mr. Vice President, for your comments on race. But again, if we refer back to the Russian question...
