They call it “Plumbers Bane”
Goddammit, Clark.
This is a seriously underrated post.
Oh, my God. I knew when I read Brown River nothing good was coming, but had no idea of the proportions of the apocalypse.
That is awful. I do not have allergies but would never want anyone to get sick from a simple meal and try to accomodate everyone.
“Brown River”
So I am a newly wed in my first fairly good size condo, and my hubby and I decide that we should have the whole damn fam over for Thanksgiving.
I lost my daughter to suicide two years ago. Please be gentle with yourself and please reach out for help.
two thanksgivings ago was the first time i had been with my family in ten years. i have a lot of food allergies and i gave my cousin a list and asked if she wanted help cooking (i had been laid off and had shit tons of time) but she refused. she made a big production of showing me everything i could eat, how she had…
Or, as I like to call it, Mar-A-Llama-Ding-Dong.

Chickens are absolutely the best pet birds! One of my hens Buff Puff, would sit at the back door waiting to come in, then she’d just hang out with us. So sweet.
As a bird haver, what do you think about this, from the original story:
Aw, they’re adorable! And very punny names, lol. And I don’t think you’re being cruel to chickens, please don’t think I meant you. Birds like parrots, finches, etc. Not the flightless, domisticated kinds :)
Ahem, “hot duck” is actually named Mandarin Patinkin, thank you very much.
Yours are tiny! Ours still have to grow some, but they’re far from itty-bitty.
