It’s not like this is a surprise. Black Widow’s death at Hydra Cap’s hands was telegraphed. The theme of those he kills (since this story began in the “Captain America: Steve Rogers” book, and has continued into this event), is that he is killing all of his closest allies and friends: Rick Jones, Jack Flagg, and Black

“John Wick” is the new “Die Hard.” Cool.

It’s a good breakdown, but where you and I separate are that I got my first comic in the 80's. If you started reading comics about five years ago, then we own vastly different impressions on the whole “numbering” of issues. I can’t even respond to your pro’s and con’s because I come from an earlier time. To address

“Come to life”? Confused.

Just STICK with the original numbering, for the love of all that is unholy! It’s impossible to figure out where any books belong, where the continuity is, without having to do wikipedia research first before buying a TPB or get a digital series on Comixology. Sure, if you have a Local Comic Shop, this isn’t as huge a

OOT God, yo. The Original Old Testament God.

Nice. My DVR cut off before the preview.

Sounds a wee bit like Lee/Kirby for a bit there.

I’m curious about Tulip’s reaction to being touched. Maybe the reason is on the cutting room floor and relates to their library research?

Only after they visit the Wizard of Oz.

That’s good to know. Thanks!

I’m not talking about the last 3-4 years. I’m talking about the last 3-4 decades of publishing. Your example is exactly the problem that Marvel has created.

I remember other team-ups (could be wrong) that strayed from that. Still, though, my point stands. I’d rather they continue with an old school tradition that makes sense not just on the cover but in actually finding the issues via search engines and library mentality.

My simple wish is that Marvel would respect their own publishing history and call these sorts of things “Marvel Team-Up” or “Marvel 2-in-1" or however they used to label these types of limited sereis. It would not just be more honest. It would be a hell of a lot cooler.

In a world in which a cult became an officially recognized religion, and treats its followers not just in all of the ways mentioned in this article but also in many other horrible ways, I can see why journalism across the board ends up not publishing articles covering the cults big and small because most of the time

The editing of the whole thing was like out of an EdgR Wright film.

Why are they hell (to rephrase my earlier question)? I see how they are hell in the amazing series of pics and videos. But why do they have no other options (compared to, say, the US) like online buying, scalpers, importing, etc.?

So many questions that are all a variation of this one: “Why don’t they order them online from a different country?” I get that ultimately you’re going to want a Japanese region unit, but is this really the only choice for buying a Switch inside of Japan? Why are the consumers there only following this one, singular

Ali, could you give us all a brief intro please? We know Katharine and Beth from their work around here. I’m sure I’m not the only one wondering this before watching the video, so it’d be great if we knew just a little bit more about you (not to mention how this new stream came to be). Thanks!
