It’s cool to hear about that interview. Initially it was impossible to tell what had happened. In hindsight it became clear that Adam and Jamie had no involvement with the decision to get rid of the other three, but at the time it happened there was no way of knowing.

I’m not surprised to hear that, but it’s very good to know. I had some coworkers around ten years ago who worked freelance for them, but I can’t remember what their take on that company was.

Since io9 didn’t write up an article about “Mythbusters” ending, I figured someone should cover it:

They’re gone and the show is gone:

I do. It was awesome, and it was the default channel when my TV turned on.

Because:

I really, really want to wander around in a forest populated by transparent trees now. Make it happen, Sweden!

How else could they stay true to the American Dream without balancing out righteous indignation with shame-filled onanism?

Cheers!

Both the franchise and the beer are in good hands.

Thanks; I was just kidding, based on “Man of Steel”. I’m glad to hear that the movie portrayal sounds pretty reasonably in character. Worth seeing in the theater? I’m really only excited to see Wonder Woman in action on the big screen.

God bless the ASPCB! Doing the Lord’s work.

It’s pretty “’Murica” as is. Well-armed with the most modern sophisticated tech, they blunder into places that they don’t belong, create havoc, accomplish little, to no good, to permanent problems, and then leave before dealing with the consequences of their interference into cultures they really had no place being in
