I’m talking about structural engineering. It doesn’t take “a little planning” to derail a train. A train’s motion depends on its massive weight on a relatively linear direction on two heavy rails, rails that would be difficult to move or alter to the point of derailment.

Finally! We are on the first step towards the technology from a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away:

I have to wonder if this was the plan the whole time. Awe Americans with new jet-age travel mentality (see: the 1960's) in order to get the public on board with the idea and keep it in the news. But in the back rooms, they knew the whole time it would only be good for transporting goods.

I was a bit dumbfounded that it didn’t win for cinematography, especially considering that this award went to The Revenant. Even when they showed the clips before announcing the winner, you could just plain see it.

Quarks come in six different flavors: up, down, strange, charm, bottom, and top, in hundreds of combinations.

Exciting news! But maybe I’m just crazy.

That looks just like my last phone. Only I used a normal hammer. I deeply regret not setting the hammer on fire first. Stroke of genius.

Thank you! Rob has a different opinion than mine, but an opinion is just an opinion, and they’re both valid even if we disagree. Thank you again, though. Maybe I’ll start some recaps on one of the sub-blogs. You ought to check out some of kinja the sub blogs (like the Observation Deck) for some great discussions and

Hudgens is not just a great talent but an immaculate professional, so this is great news. She nailed her “Grease Live!” role even though her father passed the night before it went on air. I have a lot of respect for her, and this is an excellent casting choice. It bodes well.

Succinct and accurate, and you are correct. I was not as clear as I could be because life. This is what I meant:

As a character, Jesus is ridiculous. He’s a martial/escape artist with a sunny attitude; he makes Morgan’s therapist-turned-Master Splinter look almost reasonable.

No!!!

Out of all of it, the only thing that makes me happy that they’re going back to the original numbering on Detective and Action. I know they’re just doing it so that they can make a big deal out of those books hitting the 1000 issue mark (for the PR and to charge $7.99-$9.99).

That’s a really good point too. There are some good places on kinja to discuss the show, though, too, but it’s not quite the same as talking with friends right after the show.

I know.

I’d wear that.

Simpsons did it.

I know.
