I think she’s trying to make the point that it’s not a labor issue so severe that young adults should be convinced to do the job, when the problem could be solved with better pay.

18-20 year olds are able to carry guns and shoot people in far off lands. Hell, they can drive tanks and even semi-trucks there too! I’m not sure why this is perceived as being so dangerous. As long as they receive adequate training/certification, why is a 21 year old safe, but a 20 year old not?

First he did call the police when she stopped running.  He did so from the road and never pulled his gun till she came at him with hers.  He didnt do anything wrong here.
