Same. Idk if he's innocent, but I definitely don't believe the prosecutions version of events. My best guess is that one of his relatives did it and that police planted evidence.

Thank you! I said something similar in another comment. At this point it really is not about guilty vs. innocent, it’s about the right to a fair trial and the miscarriage of justice that took place.

Sadly, I do think Avery committed the crime - I originally thought the show was going to be on how 18 years incarcerated creates a murderer! There is evidence that points to him, and I don’t think we can account for him behaving rationally, if he were the type to want to kill a woman, who knows? BUT, this case was so

It never was about deciding guilt. It is about deciding if both of them received a fair trial. Avery’s case was put together by officers that owed him MILLIONS of dollars, hated him, and had wrongfully incarcerated him on purpose before. The kid hardly has shit for brains and yet got forced to confess all kinds of

Amen. If anyone needs new representation, it’s Brendan.

What about Brendan? I think he got the shittiest end of the stick and should also be getting some free legal counsel.

You should watch it. What those people did is disgusting. Especially to Brendan Dassey. His lawyer was just ....UGH! Be prepared for a good range of infuriated emotions!

From what I’ve seen and read about the case, I don’t feel comfortable deciding his guilt. However, at the very least, he deserves a new trial.

I want to watch this, but based on everything I've read it sounds as if the documentary is a bit biased. I am easily brainwashed by things. I'm one of those qvc people.

I’m going to suggest that an executive who doesn’t figure out a way for his/her executive assistant to take a break is a dreadful boss (and person). At my old office, they had someone from the mailroom sit at reception and answer phones so the regular gal could get a break.

The last place I worked was populated by asshole bullies, so I would hide out at lunch. I now work with a great group of women and we have lunch together everyday and it has absolutely improved the quality of my work life. We’re all at different stages in our lives, so it’s the perfect sounding board for any dilemma.

I’m a salaried worker and haven’t had a strict half hour for lunch since I worked retail back in college. I eat at my desk because I always bring my lunch from home and our company lunchroom is sad and kind of gross, but I don’t work while I eat. I surf the web, chat with coworkers, etc. Sometimes lunch is 30 minutes,

“Be yourself always no matter what.”

I think I’ll enjoy it either way.

Me too all the time. it sucks when you start bleeding, that iron taste sucks to try and get rid off

Lot of people on the GOP side who climbed a ladder to get where they are, and want to get elected so they can pull it up behind them.

Jesus, Ted. If they could find a way, most of your party’s voters would deport YOU. Stop trying to pretend it’s about immigration law.

Yeah, he’s a dick for having that position, but that’s his position so at least he owns it. He’s not hedging or dissembling, so on the plus side, it makes it really easy to draw and contrast and say “this is what voting for Ted Cruz would mean.”
