There will be some kind of dramatic continuation of this storyline, this is a soap opera, soaps last for years, some last for decades.

They knew they were not going to get cancelled when the series was renewed for a second season and every week their ratings grew. They leaned in and went for broke on the camp and the extravagant drama, and it paid off for them. There will be enough people tuning in when they return and if they keep the extravagance…

You do not understand the details.

Every scene had details that you and about 90% of the viewing audience missed. I am one of the 10% and so I understood everything about the Finale and was thoroughly entertained because it was not cliche. or predictable.

His greed and desire to hurt Luscious allowed him to go to Hakeem's penthouse without so much security, they could have been distracted like the president's security detail. Because they were in Hakeems penthouse that scene was not so far fetched.

Uh!!! Actually, he is!! Watch him regroup in jail!! They hate him because he manipulates all the time!! He is pompous and formal and he does not care about what people think!

Andre developing a spiritual faith is a big part of dealing with bi polar. Despite everyone's criticism of this show, this show ties up the loose ends and brings plot lines back into the main story to add a deeper dimension to it. That is quality drama.

No!! That is why people are criticizing this show so much, they are forgetting details that if they would remember them would make what they are currently watching be sensible and realistic.

I am sorry, but, this show is deep and sophisticated, I really feel the need to apologize for saying it because of the tone of 99% of the comments in this blog, but I am duty bound as Mama Grizzly to speak up for the underdog, which is the credibility and quality of Empire in this case.
