If you hire babysitter to eat your food and watch tv then yes, no problem, pay her minimum rate. If you hire her to take care of your child but instead she is eating your food and watching tv then fire her and find a good reliable babysitter.

$50 for frivolous spending? You need to find a better job :)

#0 - make it less obvious that you are trying to manipulate people.

Tall buildings have their elevators split not to save you in case of FF but because elevator mechanisms do not work too well with extra long distances, think about the weight of the cables for example.

I ALWAYS ride elevators spreading on the floor!

And who says that 50-50 is ideal, is it scientifically proven? And WTF do you focus on STEM jobs then, there are MANY other occupations that are not 50-50, why don’t you all say “We need more women farmers”.

Why does it have to be 50-50? Do we have that ratio in all other occupations?

“Liking” STEM at school level and actually pursuing STEM career are very different things. It may as well be that for many woman their deeper interest is not in STEM. And I agree that we should make it possible for anyone to get into STEM careers if they wish, I’m just not sure that we should aim at 50-50 men/women

It may be shocking for some but hard drives (spinning type, not SSD) have magnets inside, and rather powerful ones. Your screwdriver won’t hurt it.

These guys need to work on their infographics skills. WTF are varying shades of grey, do they mean anything or just random crap? Red blob next to “Life threatening?” looks very dangerous, but I guess it means “No”. Instead of using stupid inconsistent icons just say “Yes” or “No”, it will be much more clear.

Just go start a blog.

And your data is stored safely in the cloud of course.

My old trusted SB5101 still works fine, thank you. I'm not sure that I miss anything by not upgrading to DOCSIS3?.

Do LibreOffice|OpenOffice have Outlook?

Will it also need 64-bit Java?

Your brain tricks your brain into doing what your brain wants? Do you guys have two or three brains?

How well does XBMC work with Intel Graphics? I run XBMC in a regular box with NVidia graphics and XBMC can use it for graphics acceleration so that CPU use is very low even when playing full HD contents at high bit rate. Will Celeron NUC be able to handle 1080p smoothly or should I need i3 for that?

This is not the point, point is that people should be free to configure their own shell in a way that they like. Not everyone is (or strives to be) fastest typist in the world and some people prefer to use arrows and Home/End keys (this is what these keys were made for).

Sorry, I agree this is not too funny already, the joke is way too old. I should have said:

zsh can be configured to do that as well.
