“Everyone without HepB take two steps forward. Not so fast, Hollow_Log.”

probably still biased because of his 2016 numbers, though.

honestly, I was shocked when I went and checked his stats and saw how good they were this season. you’re right, those are fantastic numbers. But it felt a lot different than the Wagner or Lidge days when you felt like it was done when you went into the 9th with a lead. but maybe thats just me.

Ummm, Giles one of the best pitchers in the game? I don’t know anyone in Houston who felt good about Giles as the closer all season.

Agree totally, except about Giles. He was shaky long before the playoffs started.

agree about Bellinger, he was dog shit in the series. The Darvish statement is obviously tongue in cheek, right? I mean Springer tied/broke several WS records.

If it was out of spite, wouldn’t they have sent him to the Browns?

You can get rid of the mini map, as long as you have a compass on the HUD. Need one or the other, or I’m hopelessly disoriented.

...so, is that dude in the headline photo bleeding out of his asshole?

Not that it was any less stressful, but I recommend listening to the radio broadcast and syncing that up with the tv.

I like his making out with the bat before the swings.

posted to wrong comment. I’m an idiot.

No kidding. People come here to read the pieces by some very talented writers. Nobody came here for Tekton’s input.

whats the going rate for a qg who may never throw again?

...and the immediate tears that followed? That’s a pretty extreme response for missing a night.

Popeye’s is the correct answer for best fast food.

I grew up in whataburger country, and I can fully attest to it being overrated garbage. Unless you’re getting chicken strips with cream gravy, I don’t know what your doing there. I also lived in LA for many years, and by the end, fatburger reigned supreme.

amazing catch that hides the fact that ball should never have been thrown. What is ben seeing there?

I think its significant that he was a high strikeout hitter with limited power who turned into a high strikeout hitter with plus power, and then has long periods of reverting back to high strikeouts and limited power.

This one will probably be unpopular, but I never liked Joss Whedon’s theme song he wrote for Firefly.
