Now, they are all mildly ill, otherwise they would not be reliable test subjects, but almost all of them are very aware that the voices they hear are not real. Im not sure if this is the case for more severely ill patients.

You might have them get a sleep study analysis. I have read some compelling study notes speculating that fibro might be related to to a sleep disorder.

Totally agree! They ended up offering about 80% of the initial offer after discovering he would probably need TJ surgery. Does anybody else think this sounds like a completely reasonable thing to do. The kid was 17 and may never pitch the same again. 5 M is a good offer with that level of risk.
