I dunno if it would be that hard to make Souls games more accessible, but it would probably require compromises that From Software isn’t inclined to make.

It’s astounding how much they don’t want to understand. Gamers have this idea in their heads of how game development should be and angrily reject anything that conflicts with that alternate reality they live in.

Well... depends. If this guy was using art assets ripped from a Pokemon game, for example, they absolutely COULD go after him, “fair use” or not.
