They are Twits. People who were addicted to Twitter and became 140 character retards in the process. When the networks went down they no longer could communicate like normal people.

I think we have all learned a lesson from this season and last: just watch the premiere, mid-season finale, mid-season premiere, and season finale. Little point to watching the other 12 episodes since nothing ever important happens in them.
Hard to believe since he lacks depth perception now. It's amazing how their guns kept shooting without the need to change magazines.
The core reason for me watching this show seems to be gone: no more zombies. The zombies made it fun, interesting, and somewhat scary to watch. Now it's just boring fake wars and people who rally behind terrible leaders. Oh, crap, maybe Rick is just the Donald Trump of the post-zombie-apocalypse.
Compared to all the prior season finales this is by far the worst one.
Well apparently the Scavengers are what happens when you get a bunch of Twits in one group (people who forgot how to communicate with more than 140 characters).
Take away the flash backs, Sasha listening to music, and the BS of people standing around rambling and you're left with about 5 minutes of action.
BUAUAUAUAUAUAA! Yes, Twitter! The go-to for truth.
I just can't believe Rick is supposed to be the hero.
Ok, that was a solid chuckle.
Most people? Prove it. Hipster? I'm fairly certain I'm much older than you.
Loved by the audience? Your standards must be exceedingly low.
At this point I'm pulling for Negan and the Saviors to win. Since there are no more zombies left in the world the only remaining Walking Dead are in Alexandria, Hilltop, and the Kingdom.
A fairly miserable episode even by season 7 standards. I knew the Scavengers would double cross. If only Rick had been shot in the head instead of the bullet grazing him. Why are the bad characters so stupid as to not take fatal shots when it's quite easy to do so?
Die Rick! I was so right about the Scavengers. Massive double cross. Hope everyone in Alexandria dies so this miserable show finally ends.
Love how they panned from her reaction right to the scene of Elizabeth getting worked up with her mark. "Lifestyles" - such a clever use of words. Would not have had the same impact if the brand name was something else (although "Trojans" might have been just as successful considering Elizabeth's comment about using…
Actually it seems they have been operating overseas since the 1940s - under the title of legal attache - beginning in Bogota and slowly expanding overseas since then. I can't see to find out if we had any in the USSR at the time but I think it would be safe to assume now that we did.
Well his brother was killed in Afghanistan and now mom worries about another son having big problems.
So many people get that wrong.
I wonder if the FBI even had agents overseas at that time. Every embassy has a chief of station from CIA so for them to get to Oleg was pretty easy. I can't imagine Stan could even do that even with his position.
