What kinds of advice do real professional trainers (as opposed to 24-hour fitness "certified personal bros") give you in the weight room that a layman might benefit from? Do you do mostly speed/power exercises or rep after rep of good old-fashioned squatz?

Unfortunately, lots of people have attached racist connotations to the word. Even if you use it in the "correct" context, it will still offend the large group who interpret its meaning differently. The word thug is now unsafe, despite how much you want it to mean what it should.

I see that, but maybe they're considering the value of cheerleaders to society and coming up empty. Are these bad working conditions because they are unsafe? What about their treatment violates the law? Are they being sexually harassed? Physically harmed? Are their contracts being breached?
