DOI employee here. From my perspective, this sets a really scary precedent. I could be working in the field and have some militia asshole thinking I’m trying to “steal his land” point his rifle at me with no consequence because of this legal precedent.

That’s not being fair to the landlord now! No one makes new doors and/or sturdy locks anymore. They’ve been in short supply for awhile now! You talk as though there are entire big box stores dedicated to supplying such things! Blasphemy!

With Trump announcing his intent to sue my first thought was “so he knows he’s going to lose. There’s no way someone would be planning to sue a bunch of women accusing him of sexual assault if they had any thought of being president.” And then I realized this is Trump.

What’s awesome is that many high profile lawyers are offering to represent these women pro bono (in addition to allred) so they have that support.

They know no court will take the suit seriously. What is he going to claim, libel? Because they said he did something that he himself has confessed on camera to doing?
