Probably the fact that he doesn’t normally stand there, waiting for a cash customer to show up. He’s probably spending most of his time in back restocking shelves or something. And the shelves don’t restock themselves, (yet) so that work will still be waiting for him when you finish.

I really don’t think focusing on the “cinematic” experience this game will deliver and having interviews with the voice actors is the way to go for this. Guys, we have a cinematic Marvel universe and they are going to cinematic circles around you.
