I, too, was mostly satisfied with Centrist & The Disaster Bi. But hoo-boy is the apparent half-rehabilitation of Walker into Sam The Slightly Homicidal Eagle not going to play well. 

Sam’s speech was a big swing but when he said “The only power I have is that I believe we can do better.” I found myself doing a big, unironic, corny head-nod.

Nobody pretends that it was good. But it was fun.

Mads would be good as Doom, but that casting is a little too on the nose (charismatic actor with a built-in bad guy European accent!).
