I’ll have to look up more numbers but even at the minimum $175/week average unemployment I don’t think 10 mil/year is enough. I’d bet his real savings comes from cutting unemployment benefit lengths while claiming that’s cutting fraud.

He plans to pay for this using funds “saved” from corrections to unemployment insurance fraud, fraud that in 2013 was 10.5 million, I’m no exist but 10.5 million doesn’t seem like enough to cover maternity leave.

Yes, Northern California, things have improved because of the new law and a county-wide effort by the schools and some determined parents to try and combat the anti-vaxx nonsense that caused school absences, measles, whooping cough and of course affected our aging population as well.

I just mean I haven’t seen them highlight any clause, tho they may well highlight it on the district website, the materials coming home both on paper and via email re:vaccinations make it seem that everyone must be vaccinated unless there is a medical waiver which is certainly true and I assume they leave out any…
